Sona Calcium with Vitamin D contains 600mg of calcium with added vitamin D for optimum absorption.

• Calcium with vitamin D provides a concentrated source of calcium and vitamin D which are important for normal bones and teeth, cell division and normal muscle function.
• Calcium is also needed for blood coagulation, function of digestive
  enzymes, neurotransmission and energy.
• Vitamin D is important for the absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, maintenance of normal blood calcium concentrations, the normal function of the immune system and inflammatory response.

How To Use

• Adults and children aged 12+: Take one tablet daily.
• Pregnant & breastfeeding: Take one tablet twice daily.
• Adults aged 50+: Take one tablet twice daily or as directed by
  your health professional.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
