About Us

Bluebell Pharmacy is a family owned and operated pharmacy with its roots in the Bluebell community of Dublin 12 since it first opened its doors in 1954.

When Bluebell Pharmacy welcomed its first customer, Bluebell was little more than farmland on the outskirts of the city, it is now a thriving city suburb.

Bluebell Pharmacy is managed by husband and wife team Karl and Fiona who along with their experienced and knowledgeable team run the business with three guiding principles of trust, responsibility, and service.

Trust

When a customer visits us in-store or online they are relying on our integrity and ability to provide them with trusted and relevant advice in an ethical, professional and timely manner. This is something we pride ourselves on and we have spent many years building relationships of trust with our customers.

Trust must be earned, we strive to earn this by promoting a friendly and open approach which allows us to listen and hear what our customers need and expect. If you don't need something we will not try and sell it to you. Earning and keeping your trust guides us in everything we do and we always have our customers best interests at heart.

Responsibility

We know we are answerable and accountable for everything we do. We have a responsibility to our customers, staff, suppliers and the environment but nothing is more important than your medical and healthcare needs.

We encourage and support our pharmacists and all staff to continue their professional development and ensure they keep their clinical knowledge and skills up to date with continuous training. This ensures they provide the best, most up to date and relevant advice to our customers.

We strive to ensure your experience with us, whether in-store or online, is always a positive one, be it a medical emergency or simply something to help you look and feel like the best version of yourself.
