Kalms Tablets are a traditional remedy, which are used to relieve irritability, anxiety and the stresses of everyday life .

They are also used to relieve symptoms of the menopause including flushing and cold sweats.
Kalms Tablets are also used to aid sleep.

How To Use

For adults and the elderly. Not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years old.
Two tablets three times a day with water after meals.7
It is best not to take any non-essential medication when pregnant or breastfeeding. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.

Active Ingredients

Dry Extract from Valeriana Officinalis L 52mg (Equivalent to 208 to 260mg of Valerian Root); Extraction Solvent: Ethanol 60% V/V, Dry Extract from Humulus Lupulus L 9mg (Equivalent to 81 to 99mg of Hop Strobile); Extraction Solvent: Ethanol 45% V/V.
