Blephagel preservative free gel is a soothing eye lid hygiene gel applied twice a day to the skin around the eye, the eye lid and eye lid margins as part of the managment of blepharitis.

Blephagel works through a natural process called adsorbtion, to help clear skin and lipid debris.
