Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil contains a rich natural source omega 3 that includes the nutrients EPA and DHA which make an important contribution to good health, as well as vitamin A, D & E.

How To Use

• Adults and children over 15 years: Take two 5ml teaspoons daily. 
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
